When they have my size in stock (6), this place is my saviour. But it's a rare rare day when that happens. The jeans here fit me like a charm but I wish they stocked more size 6.

well the experience is good because you always find what you are looking for in a short period of time and what u need most in a little amount of time

do not shop at these stores vallye girl or temt unless you are absolutely certain the article is in A1 pristine condition and exactly what you want.the child manageress at highpoint is the rudest girl i have ever encountered. i purchased a top which was miss sized. i was able to compare it to an exact article which i had bought 2 weeks earlier in a different colour. the two tops should have been the same size but were noticeably different. the 'manager' refused to even listen to me let alone check against another article on the racks - problem would have immediately solved if she had taken one second to stop shouting at me and just had a quick look. she just shouted "no returns" at me repeatedly in front of customers!. i asked to speak to customer service in sydney. was told to leave the store to make my call then was kept on hold for 40mins. by their customer 'service' staff. i had to call back 5 times to get someone to speak to me. then got an obviously under 25 y/o boy who called the 'manager;' of the store and they refused to refund my money as the goods were not faulty - she knows this as she can see through bags and didnt need to check anything. a little bit of courtesy would have gone a long way. i could have swapped it at another store but they were so horrific that i do not want to deal with this company ever again! buyers beware the trade practices act where goods should be as described or reasonably what you would expect means nothing to these people.
