The staff in the store are absolutely pathetic. They are extremely rude and have no people skills whatsoever. Go and support a business that is worthy of your time and money. I have been verbally harassed and abused on multiple occasions. Something needs to be done. Valore Cellars in Parramatta is RUBBISH. The customers deserve new management.

When walking into the store I just can't help but look around at everything to check if any of the specials have changed - my favourites so far are the 2 for $20 bottles of vodka and the $15 large bottles of port and wine.
I found this bottle'o whilst having some time to spare in Parramatta a few months ago.
The store is relatively small but has a great variety of beverages in brands and styles, many of which I have not seen in any of the major liquor chains.
The staff are very friendly and are quite happy to assist you with any queries you have.
I have been recommending this store to most of my friends and thought I would share it with everyone on WOMO :)
