Had a great experience renting a minibus from Kevin for 6 days for my family vacation. We had realised only on the day of our flight that the car we booked initially would be too small to accommodate everyone with luggage. All the bigger car rental companies were not able to meet our last minute request and i am very thankful to Kevin for helping us out, including making arrangement for his colleague to fly out to Adelaide on Easter Sunday as we returned the vehicle there. We had a great holiday.

I had been left in the lurch by another hire company. With a time sensitive job to compete and I was desperate for a van at extremely short notice. Fortunately Van & Ute Hire had one available that I was able to race across town to collect.

I was greeted by friendly, efficient, no fuss service. Van was clean and parked outside ready to go, paperwork was straight forward, and a copy of the invoice was emailed to me at work.

What more could I ask for?

Originally called to hire a ute to move house, but was recommended a van which turned out to be a great idea as it rained on the day of the move. Needed to pick it up on a public holiday, which was no issue and there was no difference in price. The day before I rang to ask if I could pick it up that night instead of the morning, as this was easier for me, and Kevin (the owner) was happy with this. No increase in price for picking up the van earlier. Got the van, was an automatic as requested and perfect for the job, very clean and ran like a charm.

Wasn't able to finish the job by 6pm - which was when we needed to get the van back - so I rang and asked if we could have it back by 8pm, no problem. Again, there was no increase in price.

Would definitely use this service again, very happy!!
