After an accident (and I was very shaken) Vanderpoel handled the tow of my car and the repairs and I could not have been happier with the results. They treated me with compassion and pactience as I have not had a accident before this. They kept me informed and I very happy with the repair. I would recommend them to anyone.

Outside quality was good but left a rattle on the inside of my passenger side door. Service was not satisfactory as the person who crashed into me was paying and they would not contact them after I asked the repairers to explain to process to him. I got several quotes and Vanderpoel's was three times the cheapest quote I got so beware if you're paying for the repairs yourself.
