I had heard about the from quite a few customers and yesterday I was fortunate enough to experience it first hand. It has been 30 years and many hairdressers in between since I have had a hairdresser provide the level of survice Michelle provided. She takes the time to carry out a full assessment of your hair before she comes anywhere near you with a comb or scissors. She really listened and I wasn't in the salon long before I realised Michelle has gathered a team of professionals commited to providing a service with a difference. If your hair is looking tired and overprocessed and you want help to regain a healthy head of hair make a booking at Vanilah.... I only wish I had done it sooner.

Michelle and her team have been looking after my hair for over 18 months now. Their friendly and quality service make every appointment a fantastic experience. Not only do I walk away with a great color and cut, the girls have taken great care to improve the overall health of my hair. I would be happy to recommend the girls to anyone.

Lisa cuts mine and my wife's hair and is very friendly and helpful, and she does a fantastic job. All staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Michelle has got a great bunch of girls working for her. Keep up the great work you are all doing. I would recommend Vanilah to anyone.

over the last few years Michelle and Lisa have given me the best hair cuts and colour that i have ever had. People comment all the time how nice my hair is looking! They also sell fantastic shampoo/ conditioner which seems to last and last.

As expected the prices are slightly more than other hairdressers but they offer what I feel is a good service and clean environment, My experience was very good.

I had high expectations of this salon based on the reviews on here and I wasn't disappointed! Absolutely the most friendly and welcoming salon that I have ever been to.
On a cold day I was greeted with a hot coffee and a warm towel around my shoulders as soon as I sat down. After a lengthy consultation I had the perfect colour, head massage, cut and style (as well as advice on how to style my new hair!).
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming and they really cared that I was enjoying my "experience"in their salon.
Loved every minute of it! Booked my next appointment before leaving. The stylist also told me that they have a satisfaction guarantee...if you don't love you hair anytime in the next 7 days to call them and they will refund or re-do it for free with no questions asked. I know I won't be needing that!

Have been going to Vanilah since moving to Ballarat last year, never come out unhappy with my hair. All the girls work together as a team and put forward their ideas. Need a colour and foils soon girls!! Highly recommended.
