Would not recommend, if you look at quite a few reviews over the last few months they’re all the same. I’ve been over 5 times as I live in the area my partner brought me a package and it’s incredibly hard to book online or get a response. Seem to get the OH we’re having technical problems, I’m like what every time? Their website is very outdated along with their salon, would recommend olive and July. I mean it’s as derelict as the rendezvous! With poor customer service.

The whole day at this spa was completely luxury, beautiful venue, champagne and the best massage I've ever had.

My sister and I treat ourselves to a massage each birthday and we cannot go past the experience at Vanilla Day Spa. It surpasses any day spa we have attended, with the friendly service, attention to detail in the changerooms, availability of refreshments before and after treatments and the quality of the massage itself!

We recently stayed at the Rendezvous hotel and decided to get a Swedish massage. After the quality of service we received we decided to book 2 Vanilla Slice packages to relax and unwind. Mission success! Not only are the staff professional and experienced, the ambience created from the moment you enter the spa helps you to feel totally pampered. Reasonably priced in a nice location.

Fantastic. I visited the spa recently for a full body massage and the service was fantastic. The spa is well equiped and relaxing, good lounge area with plenty of drinks, snacks and magazines. The massage itself was great and I almost fell asleep towards the end. I would highly recommend it.

I really enjoyed my experience at this day spa. I had a 2 hour package including massage, body wrap, exfoliation and body polish. I felt amazing after it all. The price is pretty good considering the great treatment you get and the staff were fantastic. Highly recommended!

I have been going to Vanilla since they first opened. I absolutely love this place and am forever recommending my friends to this day spa. I had my hens party here so did 4 of my other girlfriends. All enjoyed it immensely. Also a great place for you and your loved ones to enjoy and chill together. The team here are always happy to cater for your needs. I have not had any bad experiences at Vanilla for all these years!!
