Service here is excellent, coffee is great and the cakes are divine! I was really impressed with my first visit and will definitely be back again soon.

A nice local cafe in the Heathmont strip offering good coffee and friendly service. I haven't eaten here before, just coffee.

I love going to the Vanilla Pod for coffee and/or lunch with friends. Great service, food is delicious and very reasonably priced, the cakes are amazing, as are the sandwiches, coffee is great and I love the little extra goody on the saucer.

Love this cafe! Decor is perfect. Well made coffees and snacks. Recommended! Price is reasonable too.

Very nice and quite place. I love to go there in non busy hours. I love there Cakes, specially the éclairs.

This is a small cafe' but great when you just want a coffee and cake and sit and read a magazine or the newspaper! There's not much room for kids though so leave them at home and go by yourself!

I was a regular customer and ate here about twice a week. The first owners that started the business were excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful, neat and tidy, always on the ball, top customer service and they made excellent coffee!! One girl in particular that was full time was such a lovely girl that always smiled, provided speedy service and made us feel welcome. I do miss that kind of service.
Now with new management, its not the same. They do have nice sweet treats and staff are nice too but the whole atmosphere is gone. The place seems to be disorganized and untidy. Some of the new staff seem like they don't know what they are doing. Its not professional anymore. I don't come in anymore.

Very quiet and cosy set up, great coffee...always comes with "pods" I take my grandmother there and she loves it, it is like a special treat for her. they have changed owners recemtly yet we continue to get the same standards of customer service and coffee and food which is fantastic
