I used my groupon for a half head foil and style cut. After I read some reviews, I was expecting a bad experience. But it turned out really good. The staff were friendly, I was offered for a drink too. I got exactly what I was after- style cut and the colour (i shown them the photos how I wanted). They did tell me it will be $25 surcharge for shoulder length or longer at the beginning, which is fine with me. Only negatives are: have to book 3 weeks in advance; paid parking at front is only one hour limit so have to look for a parking which allows me than one hour as the foil and cut takes about two hours.

I recieved a groupon from my mum for christmas for a half head of foils, treatment and blow dry. The appointment was at 9:45am and I rang the day before to double check my appointment time. One the day when I got their they told me I was late and their was a mistake in my time slot and they only time for a 1/4 head of foils, this bothered me as I double checked the time. I was told that I could book again another time to do the other 1/4 so I was fine with that. I asked for a trim and they cut off a lot more than a trim and also cut layers in my hair. At the end when I went to present my coupon I was told I had to pay an extra amount for having thick hair for the extra foils. I argued against this saying that I only received 1/4 of foils but payed for 1/2 and it didn't seem fair. I didn't make an appointment to do the other 1/4 I will never go back.

I had foils done and they left the foils on the back of my head for 2 HOURS!!! By the time they removed my foils my hair had melted off and they tried to tell me that it really needed conditioning. condition what?! The hair was gone!! 6 years of growing beautiful hair, turned to sludge and a full thick head of hair is now wispy, multi coloured and completely ruined. They DO NOT know what they are doing and i would NEVER recommend them to anyone. So devastated. :(

The girls are so lovely. They are down the earth and made me feel so welcome. It was such a fun friendly salon. I had a coffee and they have recliner massage chairs for when they washed my hair. And the end result of my hair is amazing. I changed my hair colour and cut from their advice and I feel great. I have already booked my next appointment. I can't wait to go back. Thanks ladies.

they are fantastic,i had the best cut i have had in years. used my voucher and have been back since.they will always talk through when they color so you get the best for your face. really pleased with all the aspect of the service

Very disappointed and will not be purchasing a groupon again due to this experience! My sister purchased this groupon as a gift for me to have a bit of a treat, well was it a treat!!?? I arrived for my hair appointment and was told that I had been there before and that the deal was only for new customers. I had not been before, but my sister had been. They then conceded to do my hair but told me I had to pay a surcharge for having long hair. My hair is shoulder length and cannot be described as long! My sister messaged me the conditions of the groupon which said surcharge for extra long hair and I was told that groupon had made a mistake, it was meant to read extra surcharge for long hair. Not my fault!!! I was then told that if I didnt pay they would only do a quarter foils on my hair!! Needless to say the rest of the appointment was stiff and uncomfortable and all I wanted to do was get out of there!! The groupon was for half foils, cut and style. Well I got a quarter foils and a cut, no style, as according to her my hair didnt need a style!!!! Well, my hair looks awful and now need to pay to get someone to actually do it properly! Very rude and will not be returning and will tell my friends to do the same!!

I have been coming to the salon for over 1 year. I will never use another scoopon as I am so happy with the service I receive. The prices are competive and the girls are very experienced in both colour and cutting. You won't be unhappy... Give them a go!!

Greatest experience ever!! Wonderful location, staff are lovely and really knowledgeable and professional. I had a colour and style, was feeling really down. The girls suggested a whole new look, were really helpful with how to look after my hair and showed me how to style it at home. I left feeling refreshed and loved my hair :) All the girls are super friendly and i will definitely be telling all my friends about it.

My daughter and I have been getting our haircut and coloured here since the salon has been opened. Brenda and her team are very friendly and know their colours Brenda always cuts our hair and we would go no where else Thank you Brenda and Renee for making us both beautiful today
