From the commencement of the process, walking into the showroom in Malaga to the final fit off every member of the Veejays team, including their wonderful sub contractors have been extremely easy to deal with.

Communication was exceptional between us, the client, the Designer (Wendy) and the Project Supervisor (Greg). No issue was too big or small and made the process go so smoothly.

Fantastic organisation with fantastic people and fantastic outcome. Thank you all so much for transforming our home.

I'm absolutely thrilled with my recent bathroom renovation! From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. Mark and the team were professional, had great attention to detail, and truly brought my very specific vision to life. We had a very enjoyable experience using Veejay’s Renovations for our new kitchen. Friendly and professional staff from designer Vaish William, our project manager Greg McWillie, all tradies and office staff. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately and our job was finished in the timeframe supplied. Price wise not the cheapest but we are extremely happy with the final result. Would definitely recommend them.

Veejays made our renovating experience seamless. The professionalism of their staff, from the designers to tradies was 5 star! Vaish designed our beautiful kitchen, ensuite, bathroom and laundry, and we couldn't be happier with the end result and her helpful and professional advice from start to finish. Renovation of ensuite bathroom, full rip out with increase in room footprint to accommodate a bath.

Working with Veejays designer Wendy Arnold was a breeze! Wendy was totally receptive to our ideas, while providing fantastic advice and options we hadn't even thought of. Wendy's design process was so inclusive and gave us confidence that we were going to get the bathroom we wanted not just a functional space that was 'fashionable' or 'trendy'. From the custom designed vanity to the selection of the bath and tapware Wendy was exceptional with her knowledge and design insight.

All trades were friendly, clean, tidy and on time. Site manager, Greg Mcwillie was exceptional, ensuring all ran smoothly with no question being silly, and no query too much trouble.
Keith Holland, Beau Rymer and Ethan who all visited site for various tasks were all lovely, hard working and friendly.
Not to forget Simone and the admin team in the office who also ensured great communication and assistance where ever needed.

All in all this fantastic bunch of people at Veejays along with their trades gave us our dreamed of Karijini/cave inspired ensuite retreat and we couldn't be more happy with the end result!

We did a major disability renovation that involved a complete bathroom rebuild and a number of changes to walls and doorways within the house. VeeJay's were fabulous to work with, they bent over backwards to be as helpful and supportive as possible. The work commenced on time and finished in a timely manner. it was very easy to communicate with the Project Manager during the process and they cleaned up when they finished. I would definitely recommend VeeJay's to anyone looking for building/renovation work.

We obtained 3 quotes for our kitchen refurbishment. Veejays was the most expensive, however we are pleased that we chose quality over price. Greg was our project manager and was totally professional, responsive and accommodating to last minute changes and improvements. Overall we are very happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality product with minimal fuss and competent professional tradies.

Veejays renovated both my bathroom and laundry over 3 years ago and they are still like new. I was so impressed with the experience and end result that I decided to use them again for my kitchen. From the outset they gave excellent advise and guidance, their professional approach and friendly staff was so patient with all my questions.

The work was carried out on time, they arrived when they said they would the schedule they provided gave me the opportunity to plan my whereabouts through the job. All of the tradies were brilliant, polite, professionals in their field of work.

The finished product is fantastic, the quality is very high just like my bathroom and laundry. I cannot fault these guys, everyone from the showroom to the tradies take pride in their work and I would definitely recommend Veejays to anyone looking for top quality renovations that will last.

We couldn't be happier with the work quality and after sales service offered by Veejays. Eight years on and they are still happy to come out free of charge and do minor maintenance such as replacing Blum soft door closers. We had another building company nominated by RAC to fix an oven panel damaged during a water pipe burst. The new oven panel only lasted a few months as the vinyl peeled back near the oven. I complained to the RAC and asked if I could get the original manufacturer, Veejays, to repair and they took one look at the previous repair and said it was not of their standard so we got them to replace the vinyl panel and it has been superb ever since. As a very vigilant ands cautious consumer, I could not recommend Veejays highly enough.

This is the second house Veejays have renovated for us and we couldn’t be happier.
We would like to thank the Veejays team headed by our supervisor Greg for renovating our kitchen, bathroom and laundry. They all look stunning, a beautiful renovation. All the workmen who worked on our home were professional and respectful.

We approached Veejay's for a quote for our bathroom. As we are one hour south from Perth, we were asked on the phone if we were aware of the costs as "it was not worth for them to come for a small job". They finally came and when we went to Perth, the final price was over the moon. We tried to negotiate certain things, but the price never really changed much.
There were a lot of hidden costs, commission and so on. We did not like as we did not think we were offered a fair price.

Now we renovated the whole bathroom with another company, also from Perth for 50% less and our bathroom is amazing and we got everything that we wanted. No extra charges nothing.
We would certainly NOT recommend Veejay's. From $29,000 originally asked for we ended paying $15,000 with another company.

Is there a minus star? These cowboys don’t even rate! Cost us $6000 to fix up their shoddy work. Failed to turn up on the first day, schedule never followed, tradies had attitude galore. Worst part - bathroom leaked through to lower level. They waterproofed shower tray but not the pipes around. First time they attempted to repair tiling, 2nd time we just couldn’t bear the thought of dealing with them again & paid for a professional to do an overhaul hence discovering the real cause, the pipe issue. The entire ceiling below had to be removed to access the plumbing as well as tiles in offending shower removed. The original Veejay supervisor 100% incompetent & the fish rots from the head down. Disgraceful.

From the first moment we stepped in to their showroom in Malaga, we were well looked after. They took time to meet up with you to go over the plans (more than once) of the renovation and all questions were answered. The renovation it self went smooth. We got a timetable for the renovation and it was finished when promised. They are using good tradesmen and I had a couple of extra things outside the original renovation I wanted them to fix and they did it for free. And if you have any problems after the job is done, they are on to it straight away. We did our kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms.

We have used Veejays in the past for a full kitchen and laundry renovation and found the quality of our experiences has slowly deteriorated to the point that we have moved to another company for our two pending bathroom renovations. We waited for 30 minutes this morning, and were late for work as a result, for an onsite consultation arranged by Veejays and already changed from the original appointment time, the but no one attended making my wife extremely upset, given the huge amounts of money we have already spent with them in the past. Promises made with the first kitchen renovation did not occur, huge messes were made by the brick wall removers with every piece of furniture in the house covered by plaster and dust. We had to call Veejays back on a few occasions to fix things that had not been completed correctly. The laundry bench top was completely the wrong colour selected with the consultants and the recommended splash back looked utterly ridiculous and had to also be replaced. It is very upsetting to know that a company that once offered so much, now delivers so little that we have been forced to look for another renovator to complete our two bathroom renovations. Big disappointment for a once highly respected company. Lift your game or there will be no Veejays company within a very short time as like most people these days, before choosing a company we Google past consumer comments first!

The schedule was all over the place and it was impossible to rely on anyone turning up on any particular day. The plumbers behaved as if they were on an industrial site - there was little attempt at dust control and they made no attempt to protect the carpet when doing the main bathroom. We were concerned about the initial plumbing in the main bathroom. The day before the slab was due to be laid the apprentice plumber worked unsupervised until early evening and when we inspected the room it was evident that there was no provision for drainage from the bath. The next attempt at plumbing with further drilling of channels in the brick work and the placement of the pipes and bath was incorrect, so it all had to be done a third time. When the slab was eventually laid in the main bathroom it was too deep. The tiler had to remove concrete from the bath area and there was insufficient depth to skim over the below floor heating mat. They annoyed my neighbour by using his hose without asking – and persisted in doing this after he complained. He wrote a letter of complaint to Veejays but received no reply. They were slow to correct errors and we did not receive a final inspection. The project took twice as long as promised. The contract lacks detail and should include all the promises they include on their website. They are not as good as they think they are.

We paid a large amount of money to one of their designers to do kitchen, bath and laundry designes. We met several times. In the first meeting we had to ask the man to stop answering his mobile phone after about 3 calls. It wook months to get a quote and took a lot of follow up on our part to get that. We paid for detailed designs which were never provided to us though they were continuously promised. We finally gave up on this business thinking if they treat us this bad before they have the big job how will we get treated once they have the deal? Really a shame and a big disappointment. We're now looking for a new company to do this work. What a waste of time and money.

Ask for quote to improve my kitchen. $60 paid for appt. An appt was 1 week later. He arrived on a Wed for appt and was advised that a quote with a design will follow early next week. After 1 week no contact was made by them. I telephone to follow up. Said would receive email Thursday. He telephoned on Friday to say sorry no email. Will send sat morn and confirm with phone call. Sat arvo came the email and follow up call. No design. The quote did not include what we asked for.
