great service, always have friendly talkative staff and great styling tips.
They always made my hair look great and were always able to get me an appointment pretty soon after inquiring about one.

I joined this hairdresser in spearwood and from the start where brilliant, they did exactly what i asked and assured me if it didnt turn out right, I could go back and get it sorted again free of charge, ever since joining the vip of Velona they send me out a 50% off my next session every year! great incentive to treat myself once in a while

DISASTER i went to this salon on Friday to go lighter than chocolate and came out red & gold $371. i would never go there again, there is no atmosphere and the staff keep asking the boss for help. they are all in their early 20's and have no idea! very disappointed.
