Started out great, with experienced vets who were good with all small animals. But the owner is building an empire, and now the vets are now straight out of school. They’re probably great with dogs, but not much with cats (vets making loud baby talk noises at cats might find them harder to treat). They’re not great at diagnosis. One vet diagnosed my cat’s skin issue as fleas, even though he gets regular flea treatment, and when I had to go to a specialist, it turned out he had an allergic condition that they either missed or didn’t even think of! The vet nurse, Tamara, is fantastic and much more experienced than the staff. I’d go there in an emergency. Otherwise you’re just teaching cats that vets don’t listen. They also charge like a wounded bull. The owner now has 4 clinics.
