I've experienced bad service from real estates before but that's usually at the end of a lease. Vibe Property has been shocking from the first inspection which they treated as an outgoing inspection. Followed by the lack of communication, never checks emails, never returns phone calls, doesn't listen to the requests of tenants, invades privacy.. Need I say anymore? If you are looking to rent, do yourself a favour and avoid Vibe to save yourself the drama that we have put up with for the last 6 months.

We bought our first home through VIBE, they were the first agent we dealt with that weren't pushy. They left us to wander around the house by ourselves and gave us plenty of space. They were very patient when we arranged several viewings before putting in an offer and helped answer lots of questions from a confused first time buyer!
