Absolutely atrocious service, no one seems to know what is going on. Cant tell me when the parcel was collected or when it will be delivered. Job was booked and paid 2 WEEKS AGO!!! Pick up from Laverton deliver to Gippsland, supposed to be their speciality??
They tell me they can not communicate with the Chinese driver?? Spoke to the supervisor and he is no smarter that the dumbos in customer service!
Really quick delivery throughout Victoria, at a really cheap rate, which so competitive. I have used this team often, and have never been disappointed, they pick up at the time quoted and deliver when stated. No problems.
this is so out of date it should be removed as it is irrelevant and not reflective of Vicfast's current disservice and incompetance.
Treechangevic: Irrespective of one’s personal experience (and date of occurrence) all reviews have a right to appear on the WOMOW site (providing they are in line with WOMOW criteria.) Everyone’s ‘rating’ is based on their own personal experience and it is obvious that experiences will differ from time to time; this does not make any rating ‘irrelevant’ or ‘outdated’. If you also had a ‘negative’ experience with the afore-mentioned business, then perhaps you should complete a detailed review, so that the rest of us can have another rating to go by. Regardless of this, after reading justinm5 rating, I doubt whether we will be bothered with the respective company should the need arise.
