If you love great food and are looking for that special night out, this is the place. The food is terrific here and there is always plenty on the plate. I've found that its a good idea to book, but that's ok because its an indication that there are plenty that agree with me. Amongst the things I liked was the fact you can watch the chefs at work, so you can be assured that none of the dodgey handling of food you see on those programs like master chef happen to the food they're serving you. There are plenty of staff and they are always at hand if you need a drink or have a problem of any kind. Over all I consider Vic's to be one of the best informal sit down restaurants in Sunbury. The meal costs are a little higher than average but well worth it and still great value considering their quality.

We were really surprised to find such a stylish Italian restaurant in Sunbury. This place is very popular with the locals and is busy day and night for good reason. They have both indoor and outdoor dining and on warm days and nights the front of the restaurant is open to the street. The decor is stylish and polished, yet relaxed and inviting. A real stand out for me is that the staff are always well groomed and neatly dressed in uniforms. They offer a wide choice of meals for lunch and dinner all exceptionally well priced for the quality that is provided. The wine list is also quite good and again very reasonably priced. All the food is fresh, tasty and well presented. I think the success of this place is due to Vic being the owner and chef, he clearly takes pride in presenting fresh home cooked food and is extremely attentive to his customers, as are all his staff. Nothing is too much trouble. We had only eaten there once for dinner, before returning for lunch and Vic straight away recognized us and welcomed us back, very impressive.
