I have attended Victor Harbor Physio on many occasions and found that they are a Bupa and Health Partners clinic and offer great members returns. Appointments are 30 minutes in length and after seeing several different practitioners I can say that quality of service and training is a huge focus in this clinic. They also offer excellent pilates classes and tailored gym sessions for patients. Overall great, friendly, experienced physiotherapists and efficient, welcoming reception staff.

Once again, health service providers on the South Coast seem to make you feel small and worthless. They called us about a cancelled appointment we could use, but because we did not respond within 30 minutes, they called us back, were rude to me on the phone and hung up. When I called back and left a message later about the initial appointment, my call was not returned. The receptionist was rude on our arrival, the fee was nearly double our previous physio. Good health services are hard to find on the South Coast.
