Worst service possible. Doctor provided incorrect script information which was rejected by pharmacy. Rang clinic to get rectified and a member of staff was so rude and insolent saying that if I wanted to lodge a complaint to do so and then hung up on me. I've waited 48hours to get a replacement script. The clinic can charge full price for services but when it comes to a issue which they have done, they accept no responsibility. Poor attitude.

Dr Damien is very good GP. He diagnoised my health problems with simply tests and provided effective medicines which were very effective and now I am not having problems like pain in abdomen and lower back due to gastic reflux.

Good doctors - they are very thorough which is what I want when I go to the docs. I was impressed with how caring they were when they are not my normal doctor. They are also very easy to get into when you need an appointment 'now' which is important for me.
