Recently visited this centre and I wanted to let the management know that the girls at reception are a credit to the establishment. Warm and friendly, yet professional and extremely efficient. I observed this with every patient they interacted with. Great customer service lacks in this world and VP Med and Dental are stand outs in looking after people.

Hi, I had a medical issue on Sunday 11th, I rang and spoke with Sima On reception, who informed me there was a long queue but she would give a call when I could see a Doctor. I appreciated her very willing help and pleasant manner, really put me at ease, and I’d just like to give a shout out to her, she’s an asset to your business. Denise Walker

Went here to get a filling done as it came out on the plane eating pringles whick i thought was really weird maybe jt wasnt done propely but anyway i went here to get it done i did NOT need a needle which i absolutely hate needles but the put a capy they drilled they filled which was quick and easy the man was so gentle explained what was going on and explained what he was saying to his assistant he told me i eneded up having to also geg a crown and he did it the day later

When i got the crown done it was gold very pretty it was also vey expensive but i needed it and it would get worse if i did nothing

The is no point of visiting Victoria Point Medical centra any more as Doctor Robert Novic does not work the any more and the another doctors are useless.

If you are prepared to read an epic novel, or enjoy watching adds on TV, it is definetly worth the wait for dr. Robert novic!! Speaks several languages, is never rushed, and extremely kind!!!!

I had reason to need a Dr on a Saturday night and was extremely grateful to find this practice. I have since had reason to return several times, and am extremely happy with my experience. So long as you understand that they are a first in first served practice, and because they buik bill can be very busy, they are terrific. The practice co-locates x-ray; doctors and nurses to take blood/tests etc, which is very convenient. There is also a dental practice in the same building. If you believe you are the centre of everyone's universe and you are more important than other people, then this is not the place for you.

Great dr's, nurses and staff. Alwayss bring a book cause theres usually a wait unless in the rare times. but it's one of the few places you can get into without booking days in advance. :)
Plus it's open till ten on the weekends and public holidays. I am a regular patient and do get annoyed when new patients sit an complain about having to wait. At least there are doctors to see them where they couldn't get in to see there own drs.

No appointments, first in best dressed. They bulk bill and are open till 10pm. You cannot choose which Dr to see but they all seem nice and for someone who works FT and needs to see a Dr after hours this is very convenient.

This medical centre no longer has a bulk billing dental centre, it is now a privite practise.

doctors are good, especcially for people who work late, at least they are open till 10pm if you are desperate.

You cant make appointments so just have to turn up and wait which is very annoying. The only good thing is that they bulk bill
