I have been going to this store for the last 15 years, I remember when they were called Video City and had the playground in the store! Staff here are very friendly and I find that they have a huge selection of DVD's compared to the other Video Ezy stores I have been to. I also think their prices are very reasonable and I will continue to be a loyal customer here.

I really like this store. They have very friendly staff and it is family owned. They have the best range of movies of any video store I've been to to date and the best prices. Have had the occasional scratched video but they are more than happy to compensate. Being loyal customers they are happy to negotiate with the odd late fees as well.

The only good thing about this store is that there is a huge range of dvds to choose from, but whats the point when most of them are scratched, its frustrating and a waste of fuel money driving back and complaining about the scratch disc's and then they still don't work properly. I will never return to this store again!

The service is friendly, but they do not have a very good selection of entertainment products. A bit overpriced. Need to offer some specials to regular customers.
