I am very unimpressed with the service in this store. I stood at the counter waiting to be served for approx 10mins while staff looked in my direction & carried on with what they were doing. Since i was wanting to purchase goods around $200 I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Why am I so annoyed? This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, both with the same retail assistant in 3 weeks. Fair enough if the shop was busy, but it was not. They do have a lovely range of homewares, but I'm afraid it is just not worth the horrendous service.
