Village Cinema

The venue itself is grand and nice to visit but the service isn't exactly the best. Some staff are like robots; expressionless. It's not their fault though. I had a query with one of the managers about a gift voucher which wasn't used and had just lapsed --- I know, not their fault but gee! It's been paid for. Also, where on earth do you sit down while waiting to see your movie? Seating needs to be placed for those unable to stand for long.

Went to movies today only one staff member on 3 people in line one staff member was filling up popcorn for school ,by the time the one staff member had served and signed up a customer in front of us onto the rewards card the movie had started and we had missed 20 minutes of the movie so had to leave the staff had a no care attitud we asked the girl if there was anyone else on we where told no even after explaining we where missing the movie

clean and comfortable cinema! truly a great night out to watch a movie

sure there's a long queue on saturday nights to buy tickets, but staff are efficient in serving customers

A nice spacious cinema with friendly staff. Comfortable seats, clean bathroom and carpet that isn't sticky. Note: Parking at Doncaster can sometime take a while so allow an extra couple of minutes.

Doncaster Cinemas has excellant surroundings due the the renovations a few years ago, & hence, the place is clean, modern & great place to visit, & is surrounded by 1st class entertainment area

they have cheap deals on tuedays. Nice cinema which is generally kept in a clean state. The staff are very nice and try to give you the best deal possible. Students get tickets at student prices upon the presentation of their student id cards

Movie tickets are the same price as any other cinema although the seats and floor are always clean. I like the reserved seating and the fact the arm rests lift up when the movie isn't fully booked.

The cinema is clean. The seats are comfortable. The prices are a little expensive. The staff are friendly.

Best place to see a movie, especially when they are doing their $7 deal, means I can spend that extra money on popcorn!

So comfy, nice and tidy, parking can be annoying, but thats not fault of the cinema. Been to the gold class a few times here too, has been a great experience every time.

Best cinema in Melbourne and best Gold Class as well. It's so nice, clean, new and you can always see the screen no matter where you sit.

P.S. If you go to Gold Class...try the Lychee Love cocktail...it's fantastic!

This is our favorite cinema!! Seats are very comfortable. It's been opened for a couple of years now but still look new and clean. Gold class lounge was very nice too and service was great.. Food is delicious too!!!

there is more space in these cinemas than any other that i have been in and it looks like the cleanest movies out. even though i live on the other side of town i still travel to doncaster to watch a movie, its so clean its so new. Excellent place would recommend it absolutely everybody.

I love your cinemas. They are large and you can see easily from any seat which is great for kids. The only thing I have a problem with is that the tickets are more expensive than Hoyts

WOW! This cinema is state of the art. Great service, great staff, great facilities. Enjoy an afternoon of shopping, then sit down and relax with a movie! Cheap Tuesdays are excellent value also. The snack bar is great too, there are some good combo deals. A definite thumbs up!

Very nice because they are brand new and very convenient to be close to home. Doncaster needed something like this for a long time now. Looking forward to all the new movies.

Clear view of the screen with no head blockage like some cinema. No moldy smell of carpets. Large comfortable seats. Great decor. For cheaper tickets visit on Tuesday.

went and visited gold class, the decor and ambiance was great. friendly service. yet prices for ticket prices and food were quite expensive i still enjoyed the experience

Now, this is a great cinema. Ive been to both the normal and gold class cinema here a number of time and always liked the experience.

the one thing that I hate is ticket prices... But that is in general really. All Village and Hoyt's charge moronic prices to watch a movie these days. Its little wonder why piracy is on the rise.. And then tickets go up.. So an endless circle.
