When I brought my vehicle back from it's 10,000 car service we compared the invoice to what was actually done. On the invoice it states "Work carried out.." The invoice said change oil filter - this wasn't done. The invoice also stated as part of the 10,000 service the wheels will be aligned - yet I paid for that to be done seperately. I did have a discussion with the Service Manager who explained it must be a computer error! Oh, I did ask for a new oil filter, a credit for the double payment and a letter of apology, with detail on how they have fixed the problem so any future clients won't be misled.. that was a month ago - and of course nothing has arrived in the mail! The next letter is to the General Manager. This service is the worst I've experienced.
