On arrival today the service was good, We ordered coffee and some light breakfast. The lady who brought out our cutlery (which was dirty) seemed very vibrant and happy to be doing her job which is more than I can say for some of the other staff members. Coffee was burnt and undrinkable and after we finished our breakfast every other table was being cleared all but ours even though you could see that we were low on space as we were working too.. Not one person asked if our meals were okay or if we wanted another beverage.
Disappointing experience.

Vinnie's isn't a bad little spot to go to if you want a coffee and something to eat - definitely a step up from the Gloria Jeans just a couple of shops down from it. However, the prices are rather steep when it comes to actual food. With that said, their 'big breakfast' is exactly as it's described: biiiiiig. I could easily easily share it with someone else and still feel as if I've had enough for breakfast! While the food is nice enough, it doesn't really wow me enough to particularly state that this place is any better than any other, especially when price is taken into consideration.

Every time I visit Vinnie's, the food is always of the same, exceptional standard. I've never had a meal that wasn't great.

I have had a few really excellent experiences and a few moderate experiences at Vinnies. On the whole the food is usually pretty good, however pancakes are only available to the weekends which is a definite disadvantage to the breakfast menu. Meals are reasonably priced, service is great when it's quiet but a little slow when it is busy
