great value. i recharged $29 which gives 2GB I was on the internet for no stop for about 3 weeks until i ran out credit. i was pleased with that.

It's cheap.
That is the only good thing to say about Virgin.
Connection in Kuluin and Bli Bli is horrendous. It just DOES NOT WORK. No matter what, seriously, to write this review I have to reload the page 3 times to get it to load properly. It is a terrible service, a waste of money even if it is cheap. The phone through the broadband drops out constantly. Most days I can't get the internet to connect at all unless it's between midnight and 6 am - and then it works very slowly and irregularly.
Hopeless - don't fall for the cheap prices!

funny!!!! just as i pressed the button to review this business my connection dropped out, Lol they know whats coming, connection has been dropping out heaps, been keeping a record too they'll be expecting a call back soon, sometimes it slows down to dial up speed, value for money is good if it wasn't for it dropping out, I've had this broadband before at another address and it was fine then. only time will tell, lately it has been lots better

Considering it's 2010 there's no excuse with the technology available to have such a woeful wireless broadband service. Constant signal dropouts making internet and World of Warcraft usage impossible. They are charging me $39 a month for "Broadband" but often only get dialup speeds. I've been keeping my own personal daily log & there are issues nearly everyday since the middle of 2009 when my contract started. NEVER AGAIN VIRGIN!!

I have prepaid internet. Very slow. Sometime cant get on. When i have tried to recharge couldnt find where to do it on there website. Had to ring up and he spoke to me like i was an idiot. Looking for another provider. I guess you get what you pay for.

we recently joined virgin for prepaid internet. the service is fast,efficent and easy to self install. competetive rates too! we're happy we chose to go with them and will not be changing

not as impressed by this virgin service as they approved, sent invoice and etails etc and time to wait then when time passed they did not call or advise

when chased they advised they were not able to do but no one let me know until i chased

three phone calls later i was advised what really happened and i couldve been advised right away

their loss

I use Virgin Pre-Paid Wireless Broadband. Sometimes its great, other times its slow. It does tend to drop out from internet to local coverage often. This is not good when your in the middle of something. It does give you better value for money compared to other prepaid in my opinion.

Constant phone call dropouts, very slow Internet, EXTREMELY poor phone service - constant run around from phone staff. Eventually wrote to CEO and got an amazingly fast and accurate response from him. Wouldn't buy again.

the service was terrible, it took forever to get up and running and then my phone would always cut out. It may appear to be cheap but that's all your getting, cheap nasty service and a terrible product.

this service was fine at first but now the phone cuts out all the time they dont reply to any emails ive sent you have to restart everything all the time and the internet cuts out in the middle of paying bills this service is crap buyer be wear it may be value for money but youll pay for it in the long run

Since getting virgin broadband my internet is as slow as it was on dial up. My internet drops out constantly and it doesn't live up to its promise of speed. I can't even check my email without it dropping out four or five times. The customer support in 4 months has not seen the problem resolved.
