In December 2011, I received a text message from Virgin Money saying they found fraudulent activity on my credit card and to call them. I immediately phoned them and they informed me there was a small amount of money charged onto my card from the USA. I confirmed that I did not make that transaction, and the operator said she would cancel my card immediately, and a replacement card would be sent out within 5 to 10 working days.
I told the operator I was so grateful for the text message warning me and asking me to call, otherwise I would not have known about my card being fraudulently used.
I have a Credit Card with Virgin Money, service is excellent as is the easy to use web site, always use this card for overseas travel and transactions. Another amazing Virgin product

I had a credit card with them, the service was great the interest rate was low and i was overall very happy with there service. I was a little disappointed when they were replaced be ignite.

Virgin Money is fab. It gives you credit over the line and when you have to call to ask the staff a question they are polite and are not like other banks and they truely sound as if they enjoy their jobs, Interest rates are also low.

We have our Home Loan with Virgin Money and have had in excess of 20K stolen from our offset account. In comparing to other accounts we realised how minimal the security measures are. To date the money has not been returned and we have not been given any idea as to whether it will be or not. One of the customer service guys we were speaking to said this happended to someone else and they got half their money back.
In follow up to my earlier comments. We have since recived the money back in full after putting more pressure on. While we still have concerns about the comparitive lack of security, it is reassuring to have had the matter dealt with appropriately.

and did not impose any unrealistic expectations even when needed to cancell account not long after and refund balance
Virgin have the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. Their credit card product (which is no longer open to new customers) is so simple but a perfect product. No annual fee and a competitive interest rate.
I like Virgin credit because I only put purchases on my card that can be paid off within my next pay period. They offer a competitive interest rate and I am not sure if they still do this but they use to offer a 0% interest rate for the first 6 months on purchases and balance transfers. Would recommend, have never had any trouble with this one.
The Virgin Credit Card has the two advantages of having no annual fee and having a fairly low interest rate. It has been a good card in our experience and is accepted at most places we shop.
My husband applied the credit card with them. The good thing is they don't have any annual fee charge, the bad thing is, when the credit card expired, they didn't ask us what colour we want, they just send us the card, we don't have any chance to choose whatever we want.
