These real estate agents are the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with in my life. Our real estate agent was **** whom was so unprofessional it made me sick. What kind of real estate agent completely and utterly degrades your wife in front of you. We had our property with him for over 2 months and through realestate.com.au we received over 950 hits and this guy never phoned us back on ANYTHING! He just took our advertising money of $365 a week for nothing. I NEVER heard from him, no phone calls, no updates or anything. Completely disgraceful! and a discredit to the company he worked for. I received a phone call today from another real estate agent within the company saying that he was not working for them anymore and that this person now had our propetry under his listing. THIS bloke never worked for us anyway!!! My wife & I are feeling VERY ripped off by these people. I could go into a lot more! But this new agent is meeting us on Monay. What do I tell him! I WANT A REFUND on the last 2 months!
