I have been coming here for the last seven years. All the staff are friendly and professional and the service is very personal. If you are looking for a new optometrist I think you would be very happy coming here as am I.

We are contact lens weares so have not purchased glasses from Vision west. However their there customer care is exceptional for a larger business. We see John Palassis and find him to be very thorough and professional. He takes great care and is happy to see us several times until we are happy.

The optometrists at Vision West are professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. They provide a good range of services including Orthoketatology, which I found particularly useful for short sightedness during my teenage years (see the web site for more details). At Vision West I am made to feel as if I am a valued individual rather than just another patient.
