The blinds we ordered were, initially, delivered and fitted very quickly. However, there were problems with 2 out of 5 blinds (one not measured correctly by sales person and handle on wrong side for the other blind) and it took months to finally get all blinds correctly fitted. Even now, after only a few months, the mechanisms stick from time to time and blinds don't always open and close with ease.

I wish I had read this review earlier . Now the order has been placed and the poor service just commenced . It appears unfortunately there is no way to back out . I have a gut feeling things are not going to be smooth . Fingers crossed !
