Ordered blinds, a week later someone had to come out & check the meausurements of another worker as there had been mistakes. After waiting 7 weeks for the blinds they got put up & they were meaured incorrectly even after 2 other people measured them. Staff are very rude & ot pleasant to deal with, they also want full payment before putting up blinds. Quality is cheap & I would never go back, try other companies where they know how to treat a customer. Vista, you need to get your act together. I now have to wait another 6 weeks for binds to be made to 3 of my rooms, pathetic!!

These guys are unbelievable!!!! I spent $3,000 for blinds and I am still yet to have them!!! I had a dodgy measure up so the blinds don't fit properly - the order was completely botched so they had to send the tracks home on another set of windows! They took them down and I still don't have them back. Some of my order never even arrived!!!! When I ring to try and get it sorted - they never call me back! I am appalled!!! Do not go with VISTA - they are shocking. They advertise flat out and they are no good at all.

We visted the showroom and arranged for a representative to call and measure up the five windows we wanted blinds fitted to. The office receptionist was young and inexperienced. The representative that called was friendly and thorough. The serviceman that fitted the blinds seemed to be in a hurry.
