Overpriced. Initial visit was $280 (25 min. max.) including 20-30 days' worth of tablets and a declaration that my husband would feel better. Receptionist failed to mention that we would be billed an additional $55 for lab results from the urine test (amino acid profile) - we paid $45 for the meager kit so we figured the cost included the processing.

After receiving the lab invoice I rang Vital Life Centre to inquire and was told, basically, 'Sorry, you should have been told about the extra cost' and, if we wanted to know the results, the consulting Naturopath was going charge us ANOTHER $62 to go over the "comprehensive" results with my husband. I did inquire as to whether she would consider a reduction in that fee considering we were out $55 that we weren't expecting and she said, in a nutshell, 'her time was worth money'.

It wouldn't have stung so badly if my husband had felt even the slightest bit better. So, my husband has decided not to hear the test results as he feels like he'd be throwing good money after bad. We are chalking this up to a very expensive lesson!
