I have been going to Vitality on and off for a number of years and the team are always professional and friendly. I have even moved out of the area but find myself making the extra trip as I enjoy what this practice has to offer. I initially started going as my back, posture and shoulders were dis-aligned and very noticeably. After my treatment, the results spoke for themselves and I felt great. They look at the whole picture and provide great advice. I highly recommend the team at Vitality.

I have experienced problems with my back for a long time. I had regular massages that relieved the pain, but it didn't fix the problem. Vitality, and in particular Dr. Simon had been recommeded to me via a friend. I went to see Simon for a consulation and had confidence straight away that he could help me. I have been going to see Simon for the past 3 months and my visits have reduced from three times a week to once a week, with massive improvements in my posture and pain. They have great appointment times (7am to 7pm) and the front desk staff are always friendly and remember who you are.
I couldn't recommend them highly enough!
