We had their guys come and lay an estimated couple hundred square metres of the top quality Royal Grass lawn, which cost us a packet. The Royal grass lawn itself is great quality, but that credit goes to their supplier, not them. The actual job they did for us sucks!!! The lawn has been coming apart BIG TIME at the joins, and bubbling up in numerous places. When they first laid it, they said there would be expansion and so forth due to weather, so we thought this coming apart and bubbling should pretty much return to normal with better weather conditions. IT DIDN’T! It got worse! Tried to contact [name redacted], to fix it, as he had initially stated it was a dodgy batch of glue they used. He repeatedly refused to answer calls, wouldn’t return messages and when we finally tried calling off another number, he eagerly returned the call expecting a new job, only to find us, begging him to come fix their botched job. They hadn’t even pinned the joins in addition to their dodgy gluing work. He refused to fix their shawdy workmanship stating it had passed the warranty installation period, demanded we never ring back and hung up the phone. He had tried shifting the blame on the previous owner, though they co-owned the business at the time of installation. My advice to ANYONE even considering doing business with them, is DON’T! They will sugar coat their words when trying to get your business, but once they’ve got it, expect a bad job, your money wasted and unethical and unprofessional customer service with a tonne of lies to top it off. Keep away from Viva Grass at all costs.

We have had Viva Grass Install Grass at two of our properties now .The attention to detail along with the choices of edging and products was outstanding . They really are friendly too and helped us with some extra landscaping too!
