The whole experience felt natural and authentic. With photographer Courtney guiding us and casually leading us in our first couples shoot it really felt like we were being ourselves. This was a fun and positive experience for us as typically we don't like our photos being taken. We really thought we wouldn't do this again but because it was a no pressure, relaxed time that we are more than open to giving it another try sometime in the future. Thanks Viva. Whilst the staff are friendly and very chatting they are sales orientated. I won a $300 sitting but it ended up costing me a fortune. After hearing their very expensive prices eg $6500 I finally got around to the cheapest after saying I didn't want to buy any of the pictures. At $165 I still found this expensive however I did like the photos. But as any parent could imagine with a 14 month old that has had enough you tend to just want to pay and go so I did that only to find out later when I looked at the invoice that what they had actually sold me was $200 per photo. By the way that is for an 8x10 photo unframed. They don't care all they are interested in is getting the rest of their money and the next person they can rip off with their voucher scheme. Be warned if you win a voucher from this company and decide to use it make sure you have lots of money to pay for the very expensive photos. You are better off going elsewhere. I was ripped off
