The nails at this salon are consistently good, really professional and always look natural (especially the gel nails as they can often be thick and very obviously fake, but these are so natural). The friendly, kind service is always so lovely and I have recommended Vivi Goddess to everyone who admires my nails (which is a lot :-)

Rough as nails!!!- visited this salon as in the area as needed shellac removed. Started off smoothly with soaking the nail in acetone after lightly buffing nail. Then after allotted soaking time, another lady came and started scraping. Instead of reapplying more acetone to soak a bit longer in areas where it obviously needed more, she used nail clippers to tear the shellac and layers of my nail off!! I am left with nails full of ridges. When I asked her to stop and complained she couldn't answer me in English. Completely unprofessional. I was not offered nail or hand cream at the end, just allowed to wash hands at the basin. Would never visit again. Should have trusted my gut instinct when I walked in. Don't do it if you value your nails.
