Despite a relatively strait-forward case, there were problems. The agent did not check the quality of the scanned documents - they were unreadable for DIAC. It was difficult to contact him, he was never available via phone and only his secretary sometimes could answer the question. Final outcome was a positive one but the quality of service was not good enough.
