Love this Vodafone store. The staff know what they're talking about, they're incredibly patient with customers and take the time to properly explain things. Always they've assisted me where I've had issues which I haven't been able to resolve over the phone with their customer service. This shop has it done and dusted in a matter of minutes. Great team!

I am a vodafone mobile broadband customer and am I happy.... yes I am. I get good reception at my home and I am probably lucky for that. I have read many reviews mentioning about the poor service, but I would disagree with them. I have been getting good service at my home which is obviously in cbd and that could be the reason. But all in all, I am happy.

I WILL STOP USING VODAFONE ONCE THIS CONTRACT IS OVER! I have been with them for ages, all of a sudden they changed the plan i was on, no longer offered same extras, anyway i thought ok i'll upgrade to something else & keep using them, only to get someone on the phone from India who is like a cassette repeats the line he is reading "our system is down pls call again later", no one can tell me the times for data usage for the internet allegely used from my phone, finally after arguing for this information i get it, it got lost in my email so i asked for them to resend it to me. Only to have the same line used "our system is down pls ring again later". Get with the times Vodafone poor poor service & stupid excuse, your business relies on computers so get it right, other carriers don't seem to have this ongoing problem you have! I will spread the word for EVERYone i know to stop using you!

Rang the 1300 650 410 Call centre after 10 minutes searching their website for the information.

Q. Can you tell me your postal address for billing department please?
A. What is your name ans phone number?
A. You won't need that. I just need the Address of your billing Departments to send them a letter.
Q. what is the letter about sir?
A. Billing arrangements and the from requires me to supply you postal address.

Almost 5 minutes later he came back on the line Sorry sir our systems are a bit slow Now I,m checking our website. I told him it wasn't there. He suggested I check the top of my bill. I will the next time I get one.

For some silly reason I thought I might not wait till then and That Vodafone would know where they are!!!

Vodafone is the worst carrier and I'd advise everyone to avoid it at all cost. They make empty promises and never do what they say they are going to do. Coverage is terrible and the problems never end. The staff at this store were great but unfortunately for them, they are selling a sub-standard brand.

This isn't about this shop in general but about Vodafone overall. My experience since joining Vodafone from Optus has been less than satisfactory. They treat you like crap, charge heaps of extra fees on top of caps, nowhere near as good coverage as Optus and Telstra, and when you need to get something sorted with them, you wait on the phones for close to an hour and because of their poor service you end up having to call about 10 times. I been waiting for a response to my complaint for over 10 days now and still no response. Will never go with Voafone again. If you are considering phone companies to go with. Don't pick Vodafone.
