very bad service i was really angry and the guy serving me was still with no reaction a nice girl came and fixed the problem

I had an issue with reception and i went into the store for help and the customer service were nice and friendly but werent able to assist my problem and didnt dig further into it. they were too lazy

I had an issue with my mobile phone, so I was advised by the terrible Vodafone customer service line to take it into the shops. Although the kids here did not look particularly professional, the young girl that served me turned out to be quite good even though in the end she was unable to help me. She did try her best to resolve my mobile phone issue.
