So in this shops defence, probably the most helpful of them all (been to a few) but still not helpful. I hate vodaphone, so many issues which I wasn't helped for, or compensated. Very busy so I felt rushed. Probably the best but I'd avoid vodaphone all together

My mobile telephone was with 3 but upon renewal I went to Vodaphone where I signed a new contract and received a new Nokia phone. After about a week my phone started becoming erratic, causing me to lose calls and sms's. Three days later I went to Vodaphone to report the fault and ask for an exchange unit. After waiting for two hours I eventually was reluctantly given a new phone. Not a whole new complete box, just the telephone, using my own battery, charger and earphone. I thought that was especially mean. Vodaphone will exchange a faulty telephone within 14 days of purchase, but they do not tell customers that. My situation was worse as the fault was intermittant. The attitude of the staff was uncooperative. Can't wait for the contract to run out !
