my sister has been having phone troubles for well over a year and has called Vodafone at least once a month with not a lot of help as to why she has no reception 85-90% of the time. she went into the Mandurah store and explained her situation to the woman there and asked if there was any way they could check why it was happenening or if they could offer her a solution like sending her phone away etc, the woman basically brushed her off and said there was nothing she could do and was really rude. we will not be going back to this store again as the staff are always that rude when you go there.

Disgusting service- was asked to go away and come back with other documents as I would not be able to purchase otherwise. I managed to get the exact same phone/ plan two shops down without going home. I have never had a business stop me from buying their product before.
