I went to Vodafone shop at Miranda today intending to upgrade my device.
It appears all staff in the shop are with customers. I circled around several times in the shop expecting someone to acknowledge me wait for next available staff. No one seemed to be interested.
A very disappointing event for a customer engaged contract with Vodafone for more than 10 years.
