I brought a Hyundai van with Keith T and had an great experience with him, he could answer all the questions I had and took the time to show me the vehicle inside and out before I purchased it. He was very thorough with the paperwork and explained everything I was signing. I would recommend Keith and his team in the future.

Stay away! I tried to buy a Suzuki Vitara from these guys. Went in but none available to test drive so they said they would call me back when they had one in. Never heard from them so a month later drove to Brisbane and bought one from a dealership there. Then got a call from [Retracted name] (about 5 weeks after my enquiry) asking when I was planning on buying??? What, without even test driving??? I live on the Gold Coast so planned to take my new Vitara in for servicing but the service department are SO RUDE!!!! They spoke to me like I was an idiot, absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Enquired about a warranty issue and a couple of services since then and it has been a nightmare every time. Also had to keep chasing a response from them to try to even book in! I am planning on taking it to the local Toyota dealership from now on, rang them to enquire about servicing other makes and they were so helpful, thank God! Really relieved to know I never have to deal with [Retracted name] again.

I would never recommend anyone to get their car serviced here! Very poor customer service, on a many occasions we have had to call them to see if the car is ready and they did not call us to discuss any extra things that needed to be done during the service they just expect you to pay extra upon pickup. They made booking errors, incorrect quotes etc...and we discovered by chance that they provide a courtesy car or shuttle service after 3 years of servicing our 2 cars there. There are more issues (I can provide them if any wants to know) however I recently provided detailed feedback via email to the general manager, it took him a month to respond via phone call to which he said he was sorry and will look after us in the future....there will be no future business from us!
