Ordered online from them.
1.5 hours pass, call to chase up where my food is and apparently they 'were called by me to cancel the order' which of course is false.

Since I ordered online I then had to call the eatnow website call center and get them the issue me a refund as the restaurant still had my payment for the meal even though they claim it was cancelled.

The staff were unapologetic, and flippant in stating that some random person called to cancel the order when I asked where my food was.
No effort was made to send out food now that my family had been waiting for 1.5 hours and counting, no effort was made to assist with a refund.

Nothing done by the staff to make up for my waiting 1.5 hours and counting (plus 30 minutes more on call centre calls making sure I'm refunded), no apologies, no effort made to make up for such awful service.

I'm not alone in this happening either if you look at the reviews on online ordering sites for the restaurant, this has happened to multiple people. I would not recommend them for delivery, or given the service quality for a customer I'm unable to recommend them even for people wanting to eat in.
0/5 if it were possible to give that rating. I have take away at least once a week and this has been by far worse than anything I've had for many years if not ever.

We won a voucher for Pizzas at our kids school fair, we ordered tonight.

Friendly, assertive service, Pizzas cooked fresh and hot.
Kids loved their cheese pizza, and we enjoyed our veg and meat lovers. The meat lovers was very meaty. The vegetarian was quite tasty.

Pizzas are huge and filling.

You can eat in or take away.

Thanks guys for a happy meal.
