My transmission lasted 200K km before it wore out and WA Automatics did a comprehensive recondition. Within 60K km the rebuilt transmission failed, the assessment was that it was worn out again! I had the ute since new and nothing has changed in terms of weight, application, work load or driver (me)
WAA stated that they had no explanation for the premature failure but said they would "look after" me in repairs. So they rebuilt it again and charged me the full reconditioning fee, again!
Avoid them at every cost

We had our gearbox stuff up on us a couple years ago. W.A. Automatics & Differentials checked to see if they could fix it first but unfortunately they couldn't, so it was replaced with a recon gearbox. It only took a couple days and we had our car back. Customer service was polite and curtious.
