Took a long time to get thru on the phone but eventually got there, they didn't stock one of the parts I was after but kindly gave me the name of the local stockists. These guys there have helped me On quite a few occasions to select the correct parts. Thanks.

Not happy, they promised a spare power switch for my dishwasher ($20.00) to be ready in 1 week. Then when hassled about it after 2.5 weeks and numerous phone calls, they refused to give me any information or tracking numbers, refused to check themselves, and put the phone down on me. I phoned again to ask if that was the way they normally treat customers and someone else took over the phone and has promised to phone me back in one hour. I shiver with antici....pation.
