EXTREMELY POOR ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I had a deck installed and pretty much had to tear it down and start again with new builders. Cant believe people who claim to be in the industry so long cant even install an outdoor deck.
Do not waste your time and money, go elsewhere.
