Half of our rear fence was blown down in a storm ( insurance job). We got a satisfactory quote in satisfactory time and they showed up for the job in satisfactory time. It was raining quite hard when they left so I trusted the job was good and paid them but upon checking it found that the repaired end was at a considerably different height to the rest. Also later we realised that a shovel of ours they borrowed was missing.
