We have clients for around 12 years. We like our coffee strong so we always order 2kgs of Kaffee Grande Gusto, an excellent coffee. Orders are always delivered by Wagonga on a Wednesday, Always excellent service and will continue use their services for many years to come.

I have been an online customer of Wagonga Coffee since March 2011 (a bit over 11 years) and up until recently been very satisfied with their product. A couple of months ago I didn't receive my usual bi-monthly order on time and after waiting well over a week longer it finally arrived. It was clear then why it was delayed as it had been sent by regular parcel post and not by express post as requested and paid for. I left feedback for Wagonga Coffee to let them know what had happened. I did receive a reply by letter from Jana Smith who I believe is one of the owners of the business. The letter was quite rude and condescending in tone but I put it down to someone having a bad hairdo day and thought nothing more about it. On Friday I put in my usual 2kg order and received an email confirmation. Later that same day I received another email which read "An order you recently placed on our website has had its status changed.
The status of order #6854 is now Declined
Order Details
Order Total: $95.00 AUD
Date Placed: 5th Aug 2022"

There was no explanation as why my order had been "Declined". Based on the rude letter and the above email one can only conclude this business doesn't take kindly to constructive feedback when they muck up your order. As a customer of 11 years they've lost my business for good. Can't recommend them at all based on the rude letter and simply cancelling a customer's online order without explanation. If I could rate their service at zero stars I would.

Approximate cost: $95

Nice coffee - pod coffee fits the Nespresso machines, a tasty alternative. Potentially a little cheaper too,

When we visit the Farmers Markets in Canberra, my husband and I find ourselves in the line up for a Wagonga Coffee within about 5 minutes of our arrival. The staff are very friendly and most importantly, the coffee is aromatic and always well done. We often buy the Fairtrade Kenya Masai blend, which is pretty reasonable for only $10!

Approximate cost: $10
