The one thing I really notice is that this place uses plenty of fresh ingredients, and they really bring out the flavour of every dish. You can tell they cook it the way it's meant to be cooked (ie. they haven't 'westerised' the dishes) Great place to go if you live in the area, you'll always get a booking, but you can also enjoy it on the couch at home as they do take away too
