If you get the right therapist it's a lovely experience. The facials are lovely, the room warm, the blankets warmed and its very therapeutic, you can float out of there. I have had an average experience where I left a few msg but nobody called back, also emailed via their website - hopefully they have improved this service.

As a treat for my wife's birthday I booked her in for a facial here and she loved it, the staff were very friendly and helpful and most of all she was very relaxed and happy when she came home!
