The soles on my wife's new pair of boots started to delaminate after just one hiking trip. The retailer refunded us but left us the boots so we used the money to get Walkalong to fit a new set of Vibram soles. They did a great job and these soles have stayed on!

Went to see Michael today with a suitcase emergency! Fixed my lock and being the day of departure was very grateful. Definitely will return for all my suitcase and key needs!

I had to bring 2 suitcases to Walkalong for repair as the baggage services referred me to them. A week after, I received notification that one of the suitcases have been fixed while I had to wait for the other. I have called them about 10 times over 2 months and each time I am told that they will find out and call me back, only to never ring back in every instance. Once I said that I didn’t receive any call or voicemail and the guy in charge said something along the lines of “that’s what everyone says” in a tone I find sarcastic. I needed to use my suitcase for another trip coming up so I went back to the baggage services company who told me I needed to check with Walkalong. With no luck there I contacted the airlines. They contacted Walkalong and after that Walkalong called me to say they couldn’t get parts for the suitcase and it needed to be replaced with a new one from the shop which is of lesser value than my original suitcase. This whole experience with them has been very unpleasant with a lot of effort needing to chase them up with no luck. I would not recommend Walkalong as they do not respect customers and do not follow through what they said they would do.

Excellent and very skilled trades people with quick turnaround on repairs. Very pleasant and professional service. Highly recommended business.

Took my damaged suitcase to Walkalong. I was told flat out that the suitcase can't be fixed. They were not interested in fixing my suitcase but more interested in selling very expensive suitcases.I took my damaged suitcase elsewhere. A huge difference....pleasant staff, they fixed my suitcase very quickly. Give Walkalong a miss....not worth the trouble or the attitude you get from the staff.
