I'm not sure how I'm being unprofessional, nor blaming you at all Joy. We are a small business running a 6 month schedule at the moment with all this Covid19 debacle happening, we slotted you in around July to be our last job before the Xmas break, with our exact words being "unless we get any significant delays". We simply contacted you to let you know of our delays, 2 months before your project starting to give ample notice, to which you abused me for being unprofessional and having bad communication. I thought keeping in contact with my clients advising of how our schedule is running is exactly the opposite of that? Either way, as stated in our last email replying to your abuse of me, I simply let you know that I'm not interested in working in a hostile environment where I receive abuse for simply trying to provide ongoing communications with my clients to how our schedule is running.
